Grease-Monkey is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to learn essential vehicle maintenance tasks and safety practices. You will assist with basic services, handle cleaning and upkeep of the center, and support a respectful, efficient shop environment.

Training will cover company methods for service acceleration and skill growth while developing accurate time records. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, capable of basic math, and able to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License required.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing; basic math.
• Safe and proper use of mechanical tools.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning.
• Mop, wash windows, clean restrooms and client areas.
• Assist with vehicle checks, fluids, batteries, and safety inspections.
• Support uniform standards and grooming guidelines.
• Attend team meetings and complete required training.
• Perform duties with attention to safety and accuracy.
