Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Wentzville, MO is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician to deliver top-tier customer service while performing preventive maintenance on vehicles. You will work with a friendly, collaborative team to keep guests safe on the road.

No automotive experience is required; our award-winning training program teaches oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery tests, lights and wipers, and an 18-point maintenance inspection.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training from day one.
• No automotive experience required.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.
• Schedule flexibility; weekend availability likely.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance checks.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect lights and wipers.
