Valvoline Instant Oil Change is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Chesapeake, VA. You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, light and wiper inspections, and other preventive maintenance tasks in a friendly, team-oriented setting.

No prior automotive experience is required thanks to our award-winning training program; you’ll build practical skills while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining vehicle safety on the road.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll receive hands-on training in a supportive environment.
• You’ll stand for long periods and perform maintenance tasks safely and accurately.
• Good communication and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance services (oil changes, fluids, tires, lights, wipers).
• Inspect and replace parts as needed and complete an 18-point maintenance check.
• Provide top-tier customer service and explain services to guests.
