Job summary

Zobility is seeking an Entry Level LMS Administrator to support Cornerstone LMS and Articulate 360 across North American sites. You will help manage training assignments, track completions, and develop reporting processes while partnering with ICT teams.

The role emphasizes training documentation, user support, and collaboration with diverse teams to improve learning programs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred).
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline).
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Open to recent graduates with relevant coursework, internships, co-ops, or project experience involving LMS platforms, training systems, user support, documentation, or learning technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to train and support users.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administrator for Cornerstone LMS in North America.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Manufacturing and Health & Safety LMS Administrators.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS Administrators across North American manufacturing sites.
• Review, update, and create SOPs, user guides, and training documentation.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and support LMS Administrator development.
• Support Articulate 360 users with training and troubleshooting.
• Help manage mandatory training assignments, completions, and reporting for employees.
• Monitor training access and completion metrics and develop reporting processes.
• Support LMS integrations and related tooling.
