Qualifications

• Active Illinois license to practice law required.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred; strong academic or clerkship background considered.
• Strong legal writing and research skills required.
• Eagerness to learn and take on increasing case responsibility over time.

Responsabilités

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and other court filings
• Assist with written discovery and deposition preparation
• Attend court hearings, status conferences, and mediations alongside senior attorneys
• Support case strategy and client communications under attorney supervision
• Help manage case files, deadlines, and court filings
