Job summary

Design Works Landscaping in Southern New Hampshire is seeking motivated individuals to join our year-round landscaping team. This full-time role offers hands-on training, overtime opportunities, and a path to grow with an established local company.

You’ll assist crews with maintenance, planting, mulching, and seasonal work while learning safe operation of landscaping equipment. Valid license preferred; reliable transportation helps ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying materials.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist landscaping crews with daily maintenance and landscaping projects.
• Perform tasks such as mulching, pruning, weeding, planting, edging, and property cleanups.
• Help maintain residential and commercial properties to company standards.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Learn to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Work alongside experienced crew members to complete projects efficiently.
• Assist with seasonal services, including spring and fall cleanups.
• Assist with winter operations by helping with snow removal during storms.
• Assist with shop work and equipment organization as assigned.
