Job summary

Du-Co Ceramics Company is seeking entry-level laborers to support operations across multiple departments. Positions include Press Laborer, Inspector Packer, Sorter Packer and Cutter Belt/Sagger Filler. The shop is unionized, with pay based on assigned job and a base rate of $19.77–$21.92 per hour plus shift differentials.

Benefits include medical/dental/vision, pension, PTO and holidays. Candidates must rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts (some positions rotate weekly across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Qualifications

• Must be able to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts and possibly 3rdshift (weekly rotations)
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Mostly Monday–Friday with overtime on weekends as needed
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain accurate records
• Ability to measure small parts for long periods, perform AQL, and maintain records
• Able to unload parts into containers/cartons and weigh on scales
• Must perform visual quality checks and wear required PPE

Responsibilities

• Works in various departments throughout the facility in a laborer role
• Experience in manufacturing and forklift is a bonus but not required
• Uses various basic tools and equipment

  • $19.77 to $21.92 an hourbase rate (shift differential for non-daylight positions)

Job Requirements:

• All candidates must be able torotate between 1st and 2nd shifts. (Some higher paidpositions rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)
