Job summary

Eurofins BPT-Columbia in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking an Associate Scientist, Data Review to join our Quality Assurance team. This entry-level role involves reviewing reports under cGMP guidelines to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and high quality documentation.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, ability to work with lab staff, strong attention to detail, and good communication. Full-time first shift, on-site; travel may be limited.

• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Review scientific reports under cGMP guidelines to ensure regulatory requirements have been met, the data is whole and accurate, and the report is of high quality.
• Assisting with internal audits
• Work closely with lab operations staff on a day-to-day basis and have the authority and responsibility for final report sign-off.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• THIS IS NOT A DATA SCIENCE POSITION*

Eurofins BPT-Columbia is looking for a Associate Scientist, Data Review to join our Quality Assurance team located in Columbia, Missouri. The Quality Assurance Associate position is an entry-level position involved in day-to-day activities in a laboratory setting under prescribed processes (protocols, standard operating procedures, methods, etc.).

• Review scientific reports under cGMP guidelines to ensure regulatory requirements have been met, the data is whole and accurate, and the report is of high quality.
• Assisting with internal audits
• Work closely with lab operations staff on a day-to-day basis and have the authority and responsibility for final report sign-off.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or other directly related field or degree with comparable coursework in the above areas.
• Ability to work in the US indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Working schedule will be Full-Time, First Shift, M-F 8am-4:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply. No relocation assistance will be given. 25% travel may be required. This position is NOT remote.
