Entry‑level Fabrication Shop Technician

Pay: $22.22 per hour

Location: Shelton, Washington

About the Position

• Entry‑level role with opportunity to advance into CNC Machinist, Welding Fabricator, Plasma Table, Electrical/Electronics, CNC, and PLC Programming.
• Responsible for general shop cleanup and maintenance.
• Assist fabricators with prepping material, grinding, operating a drill press, and metal cutting using a band saw.
• Work is fast paced and can be demanding.
• Repetitive lifting and working in hot and cold environments.
• Day shift schedule; may include overtime and weekend work during busy production times.
