Pace Analytical Services LLC in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Lab Assistant to provide essential support in our environmental testing laboratory. You will maintain supplies, clean glassware per GLP, and assist with sample handling and document processing.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, with related lab or material handling experience preferred. You will work Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborate with scientists to ensure

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records, forms, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and stock laboratory supplies, tools, and related materials.
• Clean laboratory glassware according to GLP methods and maintain organized wash and storage areas.
• Pick up, transport, and deliver glassware, samples, documents, materials, and other items as needed.
• Assist with reviewing, completing, and processing documents, databases, and records related to sample handling and delivery.
• Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and laboratory procedures.
• Contribute to departmental efficiency by offering suggestions and participating as an active team member.
• Promote a positive work environment through professional, courteous, and cooperative interactions.
• Assist with general laboratory operations to support scientists and laboratory staff.
