Job summary

Alliance Technical Group in Texas is seeking an entry-level Laboratory Analyst I to support routine lab operations under supervision, preparing reagents and performing basic analyses per SOPs.

You will maintain instruments, document results, assist with data entry, and participate in training to build technical skills and quality system knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field and 0–2 years of experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of laboratory experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic standards and reagents following SOPs with minimal oversight.
• Set up and load instruments for routine analyses with guidance.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures under supervision.
• Conduct investigation tests with oversight as part of training and development.
• Complete laboratory documentation accurately and consistently.
• Track sample progress and ensure timely processing and reporting.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments with guidance.
• Support senior analysts and supervisors in daily lab operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in training programs to build technical and quality system knowledge.
