Job summary

iPlanGroup in Westlake, OH is seeking an Operations, Investments Specialist. This entry-level role reviews investment documentation for accuracy, serves as the primary liaison with clients and advisors, and maintains timely updates throughout the process.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with 3+ years in client service or transaction processing and familiarity with IRS retirement rules. Hybrid eligible after tenure; pay starts at 23.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Business or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in an operationally focused or transaction-processing environment.
• Experience in real estate, investments, banking, or financial services highly desirable.
• 3+ years of client service experience, preferably with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new investment documentation to ensure completion and accuracy including promissory notes, real estate, precious metals, REITs, entities, etc. within an IRA.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, advisors, and asset sponsors, delivering exceptional service via phone and email.
• Maintain ongoing communication and status updates to all relevant parties throughout the investment cycle.
• Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound communication with clients, advisors, and third parties to gather or clarify information.
• Accurately execute investment requests while striving for a zero-error processing rate.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the client and investor experience.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
