Job summary

Devine Business Group is seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to build and nurture relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, guiding them to the right insurance solutions and achieving sales targets.

You will work with a supportive team, receive licensing reimbursement, comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path to leadership roles. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Growth mindset with a positive, driven attitude.
• A Health & Life insurance license is not required to apply, but it must be obtained to perform the job (licensing reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with businesses through outreach, networking, and consultations to identify their insurance needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while developing skills in negotiation, communication, and closing deals.
• Take initiative in learning and growing alongside a supportive team, collaborating to refine strategies and continuously improve through shared growth.
