PMA USA is seeking an entry level Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Minnesota. We offer comprehensive training and strong support from start, including a $400 bonus each week for six weeks (totaling $2,400) plus commissions and renewals on sales.

You will work in a dynamic, growth-friendly environment with access to mentors, advancement opportunities, and a clear path to leadership within your first year.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel Monday–Thursday and work nights.
• Business professional or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leads - Track all appointments through our lead and sales management tool, making it easy to identify existing clients and qualified prospects.
• Mentorship - Daily one on one engagement with our dedicated Training Managers, who will model successful sales tactics and hone product knowledge while you generate sales.
• Advancement opportunities - Opportunity to advance into a field management position within your first year, becoming the next wave of leaders.
