AVID Energy Solutions is seeking an Entry Level - Insulation and Weatherization Technician with no experience to join our team in Sutton, MA. This full-time role offers a path for growth, with training and ongoing certifications paid for to keep you on the cutting edge of the industry.

Our crews perform air sealing, duct sealing, attic and wall work, and weatherization tasks using AccuMachines. A CORI background check and drug test screening are required, with travel within the territory as

Qualifications

• Insulation or carpentry experience preferred.
• Active license with no/minimal driving infractions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Travel frequently within assigned territory.
• CORI background check and drug test screening.

Responsibilities

• Air sealing and duct sealing.
• Proper roof and attic vents.
• Attic and wall blown in cellulose.
• Batting in attics and basements.
• Weather stripping of doors.
