Job summary

Homeworks Energy is looking for an Install Technician I to join our full-time team in Massachusetts. You will measure, cut, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, and attics, and support roof vent installs while keeping a safe work area.

Starting at $18 per hour with bonus incentives (average $175 per week), opportunities to grow to Tech II or Crew Lead exist within six months, with higher pay and weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic familiarity with insulation tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to report to your local warehouse each morning before crew trucks depart.

Grow Fast:

Start as Tech I and advance to Tech II ($18/hr + Avg. $260/wk bonus) or Crew Lead ($23/hr + $850/wk bonus) in as little as 6 months!
