This Opportunity

WSP is currently initiating a search for an Entry Level Inspector for our Glastonbury, CT office.

Your Impact

1. Assist inspection staff with providing inspection services for construction operations.
2. Assist inspection staff with performing field tests of construction materials.
3. Assist inspection staff with the preparation of daily reports.
4. Assist field staff with calculations and preparation of contract payments.
5. Assist field staff with checking contractor payrolls and other submissions.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of work experience in highway, bridge, or other civil engineering related construction inspection.
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Team oriented
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, conduct, and adherence to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a closely related discipline is preferred.

Compensation

Expected Salary (all locations): $40,300 - $72,600
