Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist fabricators, welders, and machine operators with daily production activities.
• Move materials and finished products using hand tools or material handling equipment.
• Perform general shop duties such as cleaning and organizing work areas.
• Support basic fabrication tasks including measuring, cutting, grinding, and deburring.
• Read and follow basic blueprints and work orders for production accuracy.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools as required.
• Monitor equipment for proper operation and report issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per safety standards.
