Prudential Overall Supply is seeking an entry-level Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role offers hands-on growth in a stable, team-oriented environment within the industrial maintenance field.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of industrial equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and support safety initiatives while collaborating with team members on projects and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints/diagrams.
• Proficiency with power tools, forklifts and manlifts.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of industrial equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with management support.
• Maintain facility systems including water, mechanical, and production equipment.
• Assist with general facility upkeep (carpentry, painting, custodial tasks).
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety initiatives.
