Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 20% outside the local area.
• Driver’s License and ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning of HVAC air ducts, kitchen hood systems, and ovens to maintain safety standards.
• Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and ladders to service elevated structures.
• Work safely in confined spaces using respirators and chemical protocols.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in good condition for daily field assignments.
• Travel to customer sites to deliver professional maintenance services and ensure compliance with safety policies.
