Ascentek in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to support customer operations through environmental services, industrial cleaning, and preventative maintenance at client facilities. Working under close supervision and alongside experienced teammates, you will perform highly defined tasks to maintain safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, janitorial, warehouse, labor, or industrial environments.
• Willingness to learn industrial maintenance, preventative maintenance, and fluid service processes.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding work safely.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring environmental services and housekeeping activities throughout customer facilities.
• Empty trash, recycling, scrap metal, and waste containers while following site-specific disposal procedures.
• Scan, document, and verify completion of assigned service routes and recurring tasks.
• Break down cardboard, collect debris, and maintain clean work areas throughout manufacturing environments.
• Support CNC machine cleaning and industrial housekeeping activities around production equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and fluid service activities under the direction of experienced teammates.
• Remove, transport, and dispose of industrial fluids, waste, and debris following safety procedures.
• Learn proper coolant management, fluid handling, chemical mixing, and testing procedures.
• Support spill response and cleanup activities.
• Safely operate basic tools, pumps, vacuums, carts, and industrial service equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, recurring schedules, and standardized procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments at customer facilities.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and skill development activities.
• Follow all EHSS policies, PPE requirements, and customer safety procedures.
• Represent Ascentek professionally through dependable service and positive customer interactions.
