TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Electrician Helper to assist skilled electricians in a power plant/industrial setting. The role focuses on supporting installation, assembly, wiring, and safety-critical tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include interpreting plans, using a variety of hand and power tools, and helping with testing and startup of electrical systems. Candidates should have field experience and the ability to follow instructions in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

Experience as an Electrician Helper in an industrial setting.
Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate with supervision.
Field experience in chosen craft discipline.
Knowledge of the safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools and layout tools.

Responsibilities

Learn to interpret drawings, sketches, software, plans and determine the best work procedures.
Assist skilled craftsmen with measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling and installing electrical conduit.
Assist with installation of control and distribution apparatus and fasteners.
Assist with testing and startup of systems and continuity of circuits.
