Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in electrical field or related area.
• Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E codes.
• Ability to read instructions and diagrams and perform work independently.
• Must pass employer performance tests or standard tests to meet certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sketches or follow diagrams/blueprints for wiring locations.
• Install conduit, pull wiring, and splice per requirements.
• Test circuit continuity using instruments and ensure safety.
• Identify hazards and adjust or relocate as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment and work within safety rules.
