Job summary

K2 Industrial Services is hiring an Industrial Cleaning Crew Leader / Operators to join our field crews in Allen Park, Michigan. This is a hands-on, physical job for someone who enjoys working with equipment, outdoors, or in industrial environments.

No prior industrial cleaning experience is required—we will train you. You will learn to safely operate high-pressure water blasting equipment, vacuum systems, hoses, pumps, lances, water blast guns, and other specialized industrial cleaning

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Previous construction, industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, pressure washing, or general labor experience.
• Experience operating industrial equipment.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning and maintenance at power plants, refineries, mills, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial sites.
• Operate and assist with high-pressure water blasting / hydroblasting equipment.
• Use water blast guns, lances, hoses, pumps, and automated cleaning equipment.
• Operate and assist with industrial vacuum systems and vacuum trucks.
• Clean tanks, vessels, piping, machinery, equipment, and industrial surfaces.
• Assist with setup, teardown, and preparation of industrial cleaning equipment.
• Work with your crew to safely complete projects on schedule.
• Perform equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Follow job-specific safety procedures, PPE requirements, and K2 safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Learn new equipment, processes, and industrial cleaning techniques through hands-on training.
