Topline Heating & Air is seeking an eager entry-level Residential HVAC Install Helper to support the Lead Installer on the job. Join a 5-star, family-oriented atmosphere and begin your HVAC career on the right track.

You will assist with installations, load materials, and learn proper methods while growing your skills in a dynamic team environment. Pay ranges $17–$20 per hour with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA Certification.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Ability to climb in attics, under houses and in box trucks in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with removal and installation of HVAC equipment, duct work, and related tasks.
• Load trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by Lead Installer.
• Learn proper install methods from Install Lead.
