Qualifications

• Relevant education or training in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, CAD/BIM, or equivalent practical HVAC or drafting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC layouts, equipment schedules, ductwork, and piping drawings.
• Prepare and revise construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Assist with heating and cooling load calculations and equipment selection.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural plans and other engineering disciplines.
• Assist with site visits and documentation of existing building systems.
• Incorporate review comments and maintain organized project files.
• Learn applicable mechanical codes, design standards, and quality review procedures.
