Adecco is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to provide HR support and ensure the execution of day-to-day HR operations and office management at the distribution center. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start your HR career with a large corporation!

• Schedule: Saturdays 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. -- 100% on-site; additional days (Thurs/Fri/Sun) open to candidate availability
• Pay: $22/hr
• Start: ASAP
• Location: Must be commutable to Lake Zurich, IL

You will…

• Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources
• Assist HR leadership in administering procedures and policies throughout the Distribution Center
• Provide training support to all levels of associates
• Ensure effective resolution of Open Door, diversity, and other values-related issues
• Conduct new hire orientations
• Participate in and execute special projects as assigned

At a minimum, you have…

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (MUST)
