Job summary

Providence is seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Technician based in the local ministry supported by the Supply Chain Operations group. The role covers receiving, distribution, picking, put-away, product delivery and replenishment, with duties including input of patient charges as directed.

You will work with caregivers at the local ministry/site to ensure a smooth supply chain experience, and assist in daily operations across acute care ministries, clinics, and warehouses under supervision.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and directly applicable related work experience.
• Relevant experience in a warehouse or storeroom environment recommended, preferably with an electronic inventory management system.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, distribution, picking, put-away, product delivery and par/point of use replenishment and stocking.
• Input patient charges as directed.
• Collaborate with customers at the local ministry/site to ensure an efficient supply chain experience for caregivers.
• Support daily supply chain operations and logistics at acute care ministries, clinics, long-term care facilities, and warehouses.
