Home Genius Exteriors in Marion, OH is growing fast and looking for ambitious individuals to join a high-energy remodeling team. No heavy experience required, just strong communication and a drive to succeed.

You’ll earn an hourly base plus bonuses, with potential to reach $65K–$135K+ per year. A company vehicle is provided for fieldwork, and health, dental and vision benefits are available after eligibility. Schedule: weekdays 11–7 with four weekend days per month.
