Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Your own car, a valid driver license, and proof of insurance.
• Background check and personal or professional reference.
• Drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily living and safety.
• Build healthy, respectful relationships.
• Support personal care and household needs.
• Join clients at medical visits to encourage healthy habits.
• Plan the day, follow the care plan, and accurately record visits.
