Modjeski and Masters in New Orleans, LA seeks entry level Highway Engineers to start their careers with a leading bridge engineering firm. You will work on highway design projects under supervision, coordinating with staff and engaging with clients to shape transportation infrastructure.

As a Highway Design Engineer, you will use CAD software, learn design guidelines, and contribute to multiple stages of bridge and road projects, gaining broad experience while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited college.
• EI certification or in process.
• Ability to learn and apply design guidelines for highways.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical staff on plan development and estimations.
• Develop contract plan details using CAD software.
• Prepare design reports and feasibility studies under supervision.
