Responsibilities

• Hands-on site work with hand and power tools for trenching, utility setup, and site prep.
• Operate compaction equipment and set up pipe lasers for proper grade alignment.
• Learn to operate small construction equipment during training.
• Support site safety, staging materials, and trench safety.
