Job summary

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time PCA / Caregivers to provide in-home care services in the Williamsburg area. We offer FREE training to receive your Personal Care Aide Certification and support your growth in a compassionate, client-centered environment.

Shifts include days, nights, and weekends with flexible scheduling. Eligible applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Two satisfactory professional references.
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Compassionate, respectful and positive attitude toward clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home PCA care to clients in the Williamsburg area.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care activities as needed.
• Set and follow a flexible schedule, including days/nights/weekends.
