The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Apex, NC is hiring for an Entry Level Gutter Installer. You will assist lead installers, help with daily setup, safety prep, and job site organization while learning to cut, fabricate, and install seamless gutters and guards.

We offer a structured Skills Ladder training program that outlines your career path and potential raises from day one. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with free uniforms and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in general construction, carpentry, roofing, or exterior remodeling is required.
• Positive attitude, eager to build on existing skills, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with daily setup, safety prep, and job site organization.
• Learn specialized trades including cutting, fabricating, and installing seamless gutters and guards.
• Master advanced skills in ladder safety, power tool operation, and exterior construction.
• Interact professionally with clients alongside your team leader.
