The Brothers that just do Gutters is hiring an apprentice to start a clear career path through our skills ladder, with hands-on training and advancement opportunities. This role emphasizes learning alongside experienced teams while delivering exterior gutter services.

No prior gutter experience is required, but a positive attitude and strong communication help you thrive.You will work outdoors in all weather and interact with clients and colleagues to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in construction is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Interest in growing with the company.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!

This is an apprentice position and experience is not required, but it is a plus. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.

Compensation

Hourly Position ($18-$25) overtime (Starting salary based on experience)

Required experience

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid drivers license
