Qualifications

• No landscaping experience required; training provided.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical work.

• Reliable transportation to work.
• Able to follow directions and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Weed flower beds, landscaped areas, and walkways.
• Trim bushes and maintain shrubs as needed.
• Pick up litter and debris around the property.
• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns (if assigned).
• Water plants and landscaped areas as needed.
• Assist with general exterior building and grounds upkeep.
• Clean sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor common areas.
• Use basic hand tools and landscaping equipment safely.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
