Job summary

PGA TOUR, Inc is seeking an entry‑level Equipment Operator I / Greens Keeper at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV. This position operates equipment and performs tasks to maintain golf course grounds in a safety‑conscious environment.

Hourly pay ranges from $16.25 to $18.50, based on experience, with a focus on reliability, following directions, and teamwork to support daily maintenance and course conditioning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow directions and operate golf course machinery.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs for the operation, maintenance, and gas usage of each machine.
• Perform daily tasks to keep the maintenance facility clean, organized, and safe.
• Clean machinery after each use.
• Inspect all machines and report deficiencies to the Equipment Technician.
• Follow safety guidelines and Golf Course Maintenance Operations Manual for tasks.
• Be trained for Equipment Operator I tasks such as line trim, edging, ball mark repair, divot filling, sod laying, and more.
