Job summary

Responsibilities

Analyze post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.
Enter, track, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements in ERP.
Process material returns from customers.
Analyze supplier/customer data on products, repair capabilities, capacity, and performance.
Coordinate movement of repair carcasses and materials to support repairs from authorized sources.
Respond to postproduction customer supply inquiries and coordinate delivery problem resolution.
Track performance against KPIs and program targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer assets.
