Job summary

Citrin Cooperman in New York City is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Staff to join its Advisory Department. You will conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients and corporate acquirers, and prepare Excel data packs and financial models.

You will analyze historical financial results, perform industry research, assist with planning, fieldwork and wrap-up, and help prepare redacted data packs and written reports.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years recent experience in TAS or related finance field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients and corporate acquirers/sellers.
• Prepare Excel data packs and analyze historical financial and operating results of target companies.
• Prepare financial models related to mergers, acquisitions, or other related transactions.
• Perform industry research as needed on engagements and assist with planning, fieldwork and wrap-up.
