Job summary

Nexavision Inc. in Las Vegas is hiring entry-level Formworkers to join our construction team. This full-time role offers on-site work and a path to learn core formwork techniques with hands-on training.

In this position, you will assist in preparing and setting up concrete forms, measure and cut materials, place reinforcing rods, pour and finish concrete surfaces, and remove forms after curing. English fluency and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Indian national with valid work permit or US citizenship.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior formworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and setting up of concrete forms for various construction projects.
• Measure and cut materials according to specifications.
• Place and secure reinforcing rods and mesh in forms.
• Pour concrete and smooth surface using trowels.
• Remove forms after concrete has set.
