You will document production data and follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean workspace. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds on shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate foam molding equipment to inject foam into prepared molds.
• Prepare molds by positioning, trimming, and lining them with film.
• Safely remove molded products and transfer them to designated bins.
• Clean and maintain molds to ensure product quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor production or assembly issues.
• Document production activities and inspection results.
• Record daily production data and maintain documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a 6S workspace.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to support goals.
• Lift and move materials up to 70 pounds.
