Qualifications

• B.S. in aerospace or related engineering; coursework in UAVs or flight-related disciplines.
• Familiarity with data acquisition, telemetry, or controls (academic or hobby experience acceptable).
• Ability to follow structured test procedures and maintain clear documentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of flight tests.
• Support pre-flight inspections and real-time data monitoring.
• Analyze flight test data and prepare reports.
• Contribute to safety and risk assessments.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
