GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Las Vegas, NV. This entry level role emphasizes customer engagement and safety across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will help maintain a secure environment, perform patrols, and deliver timely incident reports. A valid driver’s license, PILB, CPR/First Aid, and at least 21 years old are required, with flexible day/swing/grave shifts and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school education or equivalent (GED) required
• PILB within 5 days of offer
• Valid Driver's License
• 1 year security experience preferred; military or law enforcement helpful
• Superior people skills and professionalism
• Must be at least 21 years old
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 7 days of offer

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as the top priority.

• Observe, survey the area and report activity at the location.
• Conduct patrols on foot and by vehicle and follow safety procedures.
• Deterrence of vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment safely

As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You are a great Team player!
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols on foot and by car, or alternative means provided.
• You limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You can operate and maintain vehicle and other assigned equipment safely.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You have or can obtain a PILB within 5 days of an offer.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• If you have 1 year Security experience. If you have Military, or Law Enforcement experience; even better!
• You have superior people skills.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You have superior work ethic and integrity!
• You have or can obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.
