Penske in Longview, TX is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and help keep the shop running smoothly. No experience is required; training will cover Penske maintenance processes and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Must understand Penske safety and maintenance policies and DOT/OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience during fueling and washing.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn through training to perform minor repairs (tires, preventive maintenance).
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
