Responsibilities

• Complete SOS surveys for health care facilities and notify clients of infractions before inspections.
• Provide direction to resolve issues to obtain federal grants.
• Perform above-ceiling surveys for hospitals (SOS).
• Survey facilities and report issues to clients in advance.
• Complete hospitals fire door inspections and fire stop inspections for new/remodeled buildings.
• Prepare reports for healthcare facilities clients and ensure quality.
