Constellation, now integrated with Calpine, seeks an entry-level finance analyst in Houston to join our Finance Organization. You will engage in financial planning & analysis and tax projects, gaining broad exposure across functions and developing essential skills in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

The role targets May/June 2027 graduates with a Finance/Accounting-related degree, strong GPA, leadership and problem-solving abilities, and a drive to contribute within a team.

Qualifications

• Expected graduation date May/June 2027 with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or other relevant major
• Minimum GPA: Cumulative 3.2
• A track record of outstanding academic performance
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
