You will maintain financial records, scrub data, and support month-end close with accuracy, focusing on data integrity and reconciliations. You will assist with budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and help improve processes.

There is potential to automate routine tasks using Python or Google Apps Script. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a 3.6+ GPA and strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, plus

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field.
• GPA 3.6 or higher.
• Completed mid-level finance and accounting courses.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; strong data manipulation.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, ensure data integrity across ledgers.
• Perform daily/monthly reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Provide general accounting support: journal entries and close docs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Prepare reports and present data-driven recommendations.
• Support process improvements; automate tasks with Python/Apps Script.
