Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, and Google Suite.
• Strong communication, math, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and be mentored.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 documents are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients in your community and beyond.
• Learn to assess financial needs and create customized plans.
• Receive ongoing support and mentorship from experienced advisors.
• Use modern tools and technology to manage client accounts.
• Grow a client base through networking and referrals.
• Consider life stage and changing financial needs when developing tailored plans.
• Make strategic recommendations and provide financial advice to help clients reach goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures.
• Be a coachable team player open to continued education.
• Gather and assess each client’s financial information to determine factors like cash flow and retirement plans.
