With access to a broad support team, you’ll develop customized financial plans, offer ongoing guidance, and collaborate with mentors to grow professionally in a values-driven, community-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or military equivalent.
• Experience in financial services or business development beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical thinking; ability to build trust with clients.
• Licenses such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses; training and sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand financial goals and concerns.
• Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive plans including investments, insurance, and retirement.
• Insurance Solutions: Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect client assets and income.
• Ongoing Support: Monitor client plans and provide updates; adjust strategies as needed.
• Networking: Build and maintain a client network through referrals and community involvement.
