Bankers Life is hiring an entry-level Financial Advisor through our Development Program. You will work one-on-one with clients to create personalized financial solutions and build meaningful relationships as you launch a career in financial services.

We provide licensing coursework and support, preparation for the SIE exam, and award-winning mentorship to help you grow into wealth management and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No finance background required; sales, customer service, or people-facing experience is a plus.
• First step is licensing; the program covers Life & Health coursework to start your insurance sales rep business.
• SIE exam preparation with coursework, support, and a $2,000 bonus upon completion.
